Jeff Moles

Jeff plays electric and upright bass in the South Bay Area — blues, rock, pop, R&B, and a bit of jazz.
From the Chicago area, Jeff is a veteran of diverse working Chicago-area bands including Hit List Rock & Soul Revue (corporate band), The Grips (classic rock), and Altered Rhythm Society (groove-jazz originals).

In 2013, Jeff moved to the Bay Area where he got involved in the jam scene playing everything from Chicago blues to southern rock to disco hits. Through these jam sessions, Jeff met musicians who found him to be a reliable, versatile sub for gigs, most recently with blues artist Max Cabello Jr. Jeff currently plays regularly with Jill Dineen & the Chiltones and the Chris Patton Group.

He has in the past held the bass role in local working bands Knee Deep (blue-eyed rock & soul), Cadillac Jack (Classic R&B, blues, rock & pop), and Lea and Co (jazz standards).
