Jedidiah Fowler is an experienced bassist in the Christian music scene. Playing in churches and other Christian fellowships since he first started, he has established himself as a more than capable CCM bassist. Inspired by progressive bassists such as Geddy Lee and John Myung, as well as gospel legends like Abraham Laboriel and Terrance Palmer, Jedidiah has always had a flair for unique and creative bass lines. He has also studied at McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland, where he has expanded his repertoire from rock and gospel to other genres such as jazz, funk, and hip-hop. Additionally, Jedidiah has an aptitude for carpentry and woodworking which he has molded with his love for music. He has created a small luthier business (Fowler Customs) where he designs and builds his own instruments.
“I’ve always found strings to be of the utmost importance in the sound and feel of my bass. A good quality set makes all the difference in the world, and MJC Ironworks has made that difference for me. These strings feel excellent under my fingers and their tone is unmatched—they have truly brought my bass to life.”
